I’ve spent over 20 years on both sides of the fence – holding senior positions in the global legal team of a multinational technology and information business, and as external counsel at UK and Swiss law firms. I’ve worked in fast-paced, high-growth environments, negotiating complex deals, advising leadership teams and transforming legal operations.
